"For as the heaven is high above the earth, so great is His mercy
toward them that fear Him." Ps. 103: 11.

"For thou, Lord, art good, and ready to forgive; and plenteous

When Abraham asked God to
spare Sodom if He should find ten righteous persons therein, what did the Lord

"And he said, Oh let not the Lord be angry, and I will speak yet but
this once: Peradventure ten shall be found there. And He said, I will not
destroy it for ten's sake." Gen. 18:32.

Is God willing to do for
His children as earthly parents are for theirs?
"If ye then, being evil, know how to give good gifts unto your
children: how much more shall your heavenly Father give the Holy Spirit
to them that ask Him?" Luke 11:13.

forgiveness from God?
"Everyone that asketh receiveth; and
he that seeketh findeth; and to him that knocketh it shall be opened."
Matt. 7:8.
Does the Lord forget the
cries of those who call upon Him?
"Can a woman forget her sucking child?...Yea, they may forget, yet will
